    First, you have to boil the potatoes & mash them well. Now, add parsley, salmon, and lemon and mix them well together.

    Now, take a pan and put it over medium heat & melt butter. When it's done, add onions and cook until transparent.

    Add cooked onions, salt, and pepper to the salmon mixture. Mix them well & shape them into 8 rissoles.

    Now, take a bowl combine beaten eggs and milk together. Dip the rissoles into this mixture and then into breadcrumbs. 

  4. Step 4.
