Step 1.
First, you have to grease and line the base and side of the 19 x 29cm slice pan with baking paper. Allowing the sides to overhang.

Now, take a saucepan and put it over low heat. Add butter, golden syrup, and 3/4 of mars bars. Let them cook and stir with a wooden spatula for 5 mins or until the whole mixture gets smooth. Remove from the heat.

Take a large bowl and place the rice bubbles and remaining mars bars. Add the mars bars mixture that we have cooked in the above step, stir until well combined.
Now, spoon into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with help of a spoon back. Set aside for 1 hour to cool.

Place the chocolate and copha in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water. Stir until chocolate melts. Pour chocolate over the top of the slice to coat evenly. Set it aside for 30 mins. Cut into a square shape and serve.
