    First, you have to preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Take a small saucepan and add butter, onion, and garlic let them cook over medium heat until saute.

    Meanwhile, grate the zucchini coarsely and place it into a muslin cloth or clean towel, squeeze out the excess liquid as much as you can.

    Now take a large bowl, add onion mixture, zucchini, spinach, cheddar cheese, half the feta cheese, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper, mix well. 

  4. Step 4.

    Add eggs, cream, and mix well. Now prepare an 8x12 inch baking dish and line it with the parchment.

    Pour the zucchini mixture into the baking dish and smooth out and sprinkle feta cheese over it. 

  5. Step 5.

    It's time to bake in the oven for 25-35 mins until golden brown in color and an inserted skewer comes out clean.
