  • Take a large pan/skillet and add water to the pan/skillet. Bring the water to a boil or high heat.
  • Add the Asparagus in an even layer. You don’t have to swamp Asparagus completely in water. If the water doesn’t cover the Asparagus, use a lid to cover the pan to capture the heat of the steam.
  • If using thin asparagus then you have to cook it for only 1-2 mins., for medium Asparagus 5 mins., and for large Asparagus 6-7 mins.
