  1. Step 1.

    First, you have to take a saucepan and put it over medium-high heat. Add Sesame Oil and let it hot for a min. 

    Now, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min and stir constantly. Add carrot and stir frequently for 2-3 mins. and let it cook until softened. 

  2. Step 2.

    Now, add pork mince and cook for 5-6 mins or until it changes its color to a golden brown. Stir frequently with a wooden spoon to help break up the mince. 

  3. Step 3.

    Reduce the heat from medium-low. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce both into the saucepan and combine. Now add spring onions as well as 2 teaspoons of lime juice and cook further for 2-3 mins. stirring occasionally.

    Stir in the beansprouts and cook for 1 min. To make it softer, you can more lime juice or salt and pepper.  

  4. Step 4.

    Your Easy Homemade Pork San Choy Bow is ready to serve. Spoon the pork mixture evenly into the cos lettuce leaves.
