Some Expert Tips to Cook Frozen Salmon in Air Fryer:

  1. Check the internal temperature at the thickest part of the salmon. If the temperature reading is 135°F or more, then you can take it out from the air fryer. The temperature should come up to 145°F.
  2. If the piece of salmon is thinner than 1.5 inches, you can reduce the cooking time.
  3. If the salmon doesn’t cook after 7 mins. or reach to the expected temperature, put it back to the fryer, and cook for 1-2 mins more.
  4. The recommended temperature for salmon is 145°F. Some chefs cook their salmon to the medium where internal temperature is 125°F.
