Pour apple cider vinegar over the meat and cook for about 15-20 mins. or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F. Check the doneness of meat using a meat thermometer, if it shows less than 145°F, cook for additional mins. and check again until it reaches to the desired temperature. When it’s done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 8-10 mins. before serving.

How Long to Cook Pork Tenderloin in Oven at 400?

If you are cooking pork tenderloin in the oven at 400°F, you have to preheat the oven first. Marinade your pork tenderloin with the mixture you have made. Now, you have to sear the pork tenderloin on the stove. Add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium-heat. Put all the pork tenderloin in the pan and cook for about 3-4 mins. or until browned.

First, you have to sear the pork tenderloin for about 6 mins. When it’s done, season it with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Place trivet in an instant pot and add 1 cup of water. Place the pork on the trivet and lock the lid. Pressure cook on high for about 5 mins. Allow the pressure naturally release for 1 min, then quickly open the lid and release the remaining pressure. Let the meat rest for about 5 mins. before slicing.

How Long to Cook Pork Tenderloin in Air Fryer?

It’s easy to cook pork tenderloin in an air fryer. You just have to preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Make the olive mixture in a small bowl by adding black pepper and garlic powder. You can also add salt to the mixture if you didn’t brine the pork. Stir well and rub the mixture all over the tenderloin.

Now, place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket without overlapping or overcrowding. Air fry the tenderloin for about 10 mins. and flip them halfway. Check the doneness using a meat thermometer which should be 145°F. If it’s not cooked well and the thermometer shows a less temperature, cook the tenderloin for further mins.
