  • Wisely Choose Sticks: Not all cheese is made equally. We use regular full-fat mozzarella sticks. You can also make them with low-fat sticks.

  • Use Non-stick Spray: Hit some non-stick spray oil in air fryer basket before you put them in the basket. Doing this, they don’t stick to each other and a little bit of oil helps them brown.
  • Cook in Batches: If you overcrowd the basket with sticks, you will not get the perfectly cooked Mozzarella Sticks. So, cook them in batched in a small quantity is a good option.
