Step 1.
First, you have to preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the center part of the cob loaf and pull out bread, leaving a 2-3cm shell. Tear the cob lid and bread pieces into strips.

Take a large frying pan and put it over medium heat. Now, add spinach with a teaspoon of water, toss and cook until wilted.
Transfer it to a strainer bowl and let it cool. Squeeze out excess water then chop finely.

Take a bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, soup mix, and chopped spinach and mix well.
Spoon into the hollow cob loaf and place on a baking tray.
