First, you have to dice the half apricots and halve the remaining quantity of apricots. Take a clip lock bag and add some flour with chicken and seal it. Shake well so that chicken gets coated with flour.
Take a deep frying pan and heat the oil over medium heat. Now, fry the chicken you have coated with flour, but shake off the excess flour and for 10 mins or until you see it gets golden color and changes its side to cook perfectly. Set aside.
Now, add onion to the pan and cook for 5 mins or until it gets softened. Add garlic, along with Moroccan seasoning and soup mix.
Add apricot nectar, 1/2 cup water, and apricots. Stir until mixture comes to boil and combined.
