Easy Homemade Vegan Sausage Roll Recipe
Vegan Sausage Rolls are one of those things that can be eaten by kids due to some healthy stuff. These Homemade Vegan Sausage Rolls are made with mushrooms, brown rice miso, mustard, and sage that making it a healthy sausage roll. You can carry it to your picnic and some other family outings.

Step 1.
Put all the mushrooms in a grinder or food processor and grind it until you get a very fine texture. Take a frying pan and pour half the quantity of olive oil, add leeks with a pinch of salt and fry gently for 15 mins until you get a soft and golden color.

Scrape the leeks out of the pan and set them aside to cool a bit. Now, pour the remaining oil into this pan and fry the mushroom over medium heat for 10 mins. Add garlic, sage, miso, and mustard to fry for a minute. Leave the whole of them aside for cool.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the mushrooms into a bowl with leeks and add chestnuts and breadcrumbs, then mix everything until you get a perfect stiff mixture to fill your pastry sheets.

Now, put the pastry on a floured surface so that it won't stick to the surface when you lift it up to place it in a baking tray. Roll the pastry out so that one side measures 43 cm. Now, place the mixture of mushrooms and leeks into a sausage shape down the center of the pastry, then bring the pastry up around the filling and seal along with a fork.

It's time to cut it into 10 pieces and place them on a baking sheet and glaze with milk. Bake for 25 mins or until you see the deep golden dark brown in color.
