  1. Step 1.

    First, you have to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin tin. Take flour, baking powder, and chocolate in a small bowl and mix them together. 

  2. Step 2.

    Now, take a saucepan boil the dates in water over high heat. After completing this process, stir in the baking soda. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 mins. Pour this mixture into a blender and blend well until you get a puree-like texture and set aside.

    Now take cream and 1/4 cup of butter and mix together with superfine sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisk well between each addition. Fold in the flour mixture and date puree until well blended. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups. 

  4. Step 4.

    It's time to bake in the preheated oven for 25 mins. Meantime, stir together the cream, brown sugar, and 1 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium to low heat until the butter melts and set aside. 

  5. Step 5.

    When your pudding is baked for 25 mins, take it out from the oven and let it cool for 10 mins. Remove the pudding from the muffin tins and place them on a baking sheet. Put 2 tablespoons of sauce over each pudding and return to the oven and bake for 5 mins more.
