Here, we come up with Easy Homemade Madeira Cake Recipe. This traditional Madeira Cake is light, soft, moist with a firm texture.
Take a cake pan, coat it with butter, and line it with baking paper. Set it aside.
Now, take a mixing bowl, add in butter and sugar, mix well until it gets fluffy and smooth.
Break eggs in a separate bowl, add milk and flavor (lemon or orange or vanilla), whisk well.
When it's done combine this mixture with butter and sugar mixture and mix with a mixer for a few mins.
Add flour to the batter and mix with a spatula. Pour cake batter in a lined cake pan and place in preheated oven.
Now, bake at 170°C for 45 mins or till the cake tester comes out clean.
