This Homemade Creamy Garlic Prawn Pasta Recipe is easy to make. You can enjoy this meal on weekends and at small gatherings to impress your friends.
Take a large pot of water, add pasta and cook for 1 min.
Now, scoop out 1 cup of pasta cooking water then drain the pasta.
Take a large non-stick saucepan and melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Add prawns and cook for 1.5 mins on each side until just cooked through. Remove prawns after perfectly cooked.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the same saucepan, add garlic when completely melted, and stir and cook for 20 sec. until fragrant.
Now, add wine and stir. Simmer for 2 mins until wine is mostly reduced.
It's time to add Cream, Broth, and Parmesan. Stil until the parmesan is melted, then leave to simmer for 1.5 mins until it thickens slightly.
It's time to add prawns, stir, then add pasta including 1/4 cup of reserved pasta stock.
Toss pasta and sauce will thicken in about 30-45 seconds and start clinging to pasta.
Take it off the stove before the sauce is as thick as you want. It will thicken more if you don't do it.
Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper, check salt. Toss again until you get the same consistency as you want. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
