Easy Homemade Chicken San Choy Bow Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6 Shiitake Mushrooms (Dried)
  • 12 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves (Trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 Onion (Finely Sliced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (Grated)
  • 500 grams Chicken (Mince)
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprout
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Chives (Chopped)
Easy Homemade Chicken San Choy Bow Recipe Instructions:
  1. Step 1.

    First, put mushrooms in a heatproof bowl and add enough boiling water to cover all the mushrooms. Set them aside for 30 mins so that mushrooms get softened. After completing the given time you can drain them and thinly slice them.  

  2. Step 2.

    Meantime, place iceberg lettuce leaves in a large bowl having iced water. Refrigerate them until get crisp. 

  3. Step 3.

    Now, take a large frying pan and heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic keep stirring until onions get translucent. It's time to add chicken and increase the heat from medium to high. Let it cook for a few mins and keep stirring until it gets browned.
