  • 100 grams Bean Sprouts
  • 10 Baby Corn (halved)
  • 100 grams Mangetout Beans
  • 150 grams Rice Noodles (to serve)
  • 1 Lime
  • Handful Coriander

  1. Step 1.

    First, you have to add spring onions, garlic, chilli, ginger, and turmeric to a blender and blend well until you get a rough paste. 

  2. Step 2.

    Take a large pot and add oil, spice paste, and fry for 3 mins over medium heat. 

  3. Step 3.

    Now, add stock and coconut milk and bring to boil. Reduce the temperature to low and add the bean sprouts, baby corn, and mangetout. Cook for 5 mins.
